Rev. L. Tracy Reid reserves the right to use any photographic images for display, publication or other purposes.  In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event/agreement, all deposits paid are non-refundable.  The client has three (3) business days from the signing of this agreement to cancel and receive a full refund of deposit.

This shall be considered to be the only agreement between the parties pertaining to the services stated above.  No oral agreements are in existence that vary or contradict or are in any way inconsistent with the terms herein.  The laws of the state of Florida shall govern the validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement to this written agreement.  Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing.  Any litigation or arbitration or any controversy relating to this agreement must be commenced in Pinellas County Florida.  The prevailing party shall be entitled to all costs incurred in commencing suit in connection with such action, including a reasonable attorney fees.
